Derrick Tourbillon
A oil derrick in action is a fascinating spectacle! In a well-oiled tourbillon mechanism, the master watchmaker has reproduced the traditional elements of a pump jack used for extracting petroleum: a horse head, a walking beam, a pitman arm and a counterweight, all in aluminium. Its ceaselessly moving horse head brings it magically to life, its movements mirrored by the revolutions of the tourbillon at the bottom of the dial. And, of course, the dial is in petroleum blue. What else!
