Armin Strom, une manufacture très spéciale En un temps record, Armin Strom AG a intégré le cercle exclusif très fermé des manufactures horlogères: toutes les pièces des mouvements viennent de son propre centre de production à Bienne et les finitions sont ensuite réalisées à la main avec une infinie minutie. A travers les montres et l’architecture spéciale de leurs mouvements, la tradition horlogère du squelettage d’Armin Strom - réinterprétée sous une forme moderne - se perpétue en beauté.
En novembre 2009, Armin Strom AG a présenté le premier mouvement «maison», l’ARM09 muni d’un double barillet et d’une réserve de marche d’une semaine. Moins de deux années plus tard, la jeune équipe de spécialistes hautement qualifiés dévoile d’ores et déjà sa deuxième réalisation lors de Baselworld 2011. A l’instar de son aîné, l’AMW11 (Armin Manual Winding 11) est également un calibre à remontage manuel, mais s’en démarque par une réserve de marche d’environ 120 heures.
Armin Strom est un nom qui engage. Depuis des décennies, le maître squeletteur Armin Strom accomplit un travail manuel d’horlogerie très exigeant – chaque pièce est une œuvre d’art, chaque pièce est unique. Like ARM09, the AMW11 (Armin Manual Winding 11) is also a manual winding calibre, but with a power reserve of some 120 hours.

As a master skeleton-manufacturer, Armin Strom has been producing watches for decades, with painstaking, craftsmanship, so that each piece is a work of art, a unique specimen. The in-house manufacture of movements is also subject to the same striving for technical and aesthetic perfection, and today, these are produced in small series by Armin Strong AG’s 16-strong production team.
Armin Strom watches incorporate values such as innovation, pioneering spirit and precision. These are also core values shared by the Manufacture’s partners. They include the Marussia Virgin Racing Formula-1 team, which selected Armin Strom as its official timing partner from the 2011 season, and the Marazzi Sailing Team from Berne, 2010 world champions in the 5.5 meter class and world champion runners-up in star boating. Armin Strom is developing exclusive, limited series watches with both partners, involving the same source materials as used in the respective sports equipment – for example, the aluminium of a Formula-1 engine block or the carbon composites of a star boat hull. Weniger als zwei Jahre später stellt das junge Team von hochqualifizierten Spezialisten an der Baselworld 2011 bereits das zweite eigene Werk vor. Auch AMW11( Armin Manual Winding 11) ist wie ARM09 ein Handaufzugskaliber, hat aber eine Gangreserve von rund 120 Stunden.
Armin Strom ist ein Name, der verpflichtet. Seit Jahrzehnten fertigt Meisterskeletteur Armin Strom in aufwendiger Handarbeit Uhren - jede ein Kunstwerk, jede ein Unikat. Das Streben nach technischer und ästhetischer Perfektion prägt auch die Uhren mit eigenem Werk, die heute von den 16 Mitarbeitenden der Armin Strom AG in kleinen Serien hergestellt werden.

Mit beiden Partnern entwickelt Armin Strom exklusive limitierte Serien von Uhren, in den jeweils auch Original-Materialien der Sportgeräte zur Anwendung kommen - Aluminium eines Formel-1-Motorblocks oder Karbon-Verbundstoffe eines Starboot-Rumpfes. Armin Strom - La manifattura davvero identificativa Armin Strom AG ha impiegato poco tempo per stabilirsi nel piccolo ed esclusivo ambiente delle manifatture di orologi. Tutti i componenti dei movimenti degli orologi vengono dalla propria produzione a Bienne e sono successivamente elaborati in lunghe operazioni manuali. La tradizione della scheletratura di orologi di Armin Strom vive in forma moderna negli orologi con la speciale architettura dei movimenti.
