Tradition Adolf Flury-Hug fonde Candino en 1947, lorsqu'il installe son atelier d'horlogerie traditionnelle dans l'annexe de la demeure familiale d'Herbetswil, dans le canton de Soleure. Aujourd'hui encore, le petit atelier se tient fièrement aux côtés de l'usine de fabrication ultramoderne inaugurée en 1989. S'il a résisté aux assauts du temps et de la modernisation, ce n'est pas un hasard, mais le symbole de la volonté de Candino de rester fidèle aux principes de ses fondateurs. Esprit novateur Un vent nouveau souffle depuis 6 ans sur les locaux biennois, qui abritent la direction générale ainsi que la vente, le marketing, l'administration et le département d'exportation mondiale vers 65 marchés. En effet, en 2002, Candino se joignait au Festina Group. Ce mariage s'est avéré plus que constructif et a apporté une dynamique motivante pour chacun. Candino a bénéficié d'une amélioration au niveau des principes de management, de la logistique et des canaux de distribution. En contrepartie, elle a renforcé le segment milieu de gamme au sein du groupe, lui a apporté la tradition Swiss Made et ses connaissances techniques de fabrication. Le Groupe Festina Le Groupe Festina Lotus, dont le siège central est à Barcelone, a été fondé en 1980 par Miguel Rodriguez. Il englobe les marques Festina, Lotus, Jaguar, Candino et Calypso. Il compte 9 filiales, emploie 3000 personnes à travers le monde et vend 4,5 millions de montres par an dans 65 pays.

Tradition Candino was founded in 1947 by Adolf Flury-Hug, who opened a watch-making studio in the annex of his family home in Herbetswil in the Swiss canton of Solothurn. Pioneering Spirit A new wind has been blowing since 6 years in Bienne, where the general management offices are located, together with the sales, marketing and administration department.
