BREGUET | Classique Phase de Lune Dame 9088

Breguet provide a world-preview showing of its new feminine creation, a model from the Classique collection featuring one of the most romantic horological complications: the moon phase. This discreet yet remarkable white gold watch with finely fluted caseband frames as Grand Feu enamel dial betokening significant mastery of traditional techniques. This dainty face is enhanced by ‘Breguet numerals’ in reference to the founder of the House, who designed them in 1783. The minutes track, made up of tiny stars, as well as the the use of stylised fleurs-de-lis for the five-minute fractions are another tribute to the Breguet watchmaking tradition. The pure lines of this Classique Phase de Lune Dame 9088 faithfully reproduce the hallmarks that ...

ANGELUS | U10 Tourbillon Lumière

A sleeping beauty returns to the fore. A pioneer from the time of its creation in the late nineteenth century, Angelus has set numerous milestones in the history of Swiss watchmaking, such as its famous travel clocks that display their various indications on multiple dials. The brand now draws on this heritage, together with 1960s-70s industrial design, to deliver an avant-garde wristwatch. Proposed as a 25-piece limited series, U10 Tourbillon Lumière presents a flying tourbillon, distinct from the time display including deadbeat seconds, combined with a linear power-reserve indicator on the side of the case. Seven sapphire crystals, including four that frame the flying tourbillon, allow light to flood this mechanical marvel to create ...

LONGINES | Longines DolceVita

Over and above the elegance of its lines, the Longines DolceVita owes its worldwide success to its numerous variations enabling every woman to find inspiration. In 2016, Longines is adding new variations to this iconic collection, a worthy heir to a tradition where elegance plays a leading role. The common denominator among these new models is their two-tone interpretation. The steel versions feature a steel and pink gold bracelet with a solid pink gold crown, endowing them with a pleasing aesthetic equilibrium. The winged hourglass, the famous logo of the brand established in the Swiss Jura since 1832, is also clothed in pink gold. With its beautifully balanced proportions available in four different sizes, either diamond-set or non-set, ...

PIERRE DEROCHE | TNT Chrono 43

Powerful designs and complex mechanics confirm the TNT collection's explosive character. Sculpted from steel and titanium, the TNT Chrono 43 nonetheless brings a subtle classicism to the wrist. This is the first time in the TNT collection that functions are displayed on a dial, specifically a sapphire dial whose bold hour-markers and transparent openings envelop the hands to confirm the overall force of the design. The brand's values are clearly in evidence, such as the 60-minute counter, a hallmark of Pierre DeRoche, and the visible mechanism, an automatic chronograph movement by Dubois Dépraz. Mounted on a stitched rubber strap, the TNT Chrono 43 is the brand's eighth chronograph. This 201-piece limited series has already established ...

ALPINA | Alpiner 4 Manufacture Flyback Chronograph

An acknowledged specialist in pilot’s watches, Alpina is pursuing its quest for performance with this flyback chronograph entirely in line with its technical and sporty collections. Invented in the 1930s to facilitate pilots’ use of their watch, the flyback function is now much appreciated for its functionality and reliability. Three years of development were needed to equip this model with the Manufacture AL-760 calibre and its flyback chronograph module. Easy to handle via its two pushers, this timepiece also ensures perfect readability of the indications, even in dim light. With its sophisticated look, taut lines and high-tech dial, the “Black edition” Alpiner 4 Manufacture Flyback Chronograph pushes the boundaries of sporty ...

MIDO | Belluna Small Seconds

The Belluna Small Seconds continues a legacy of timepieces with enduring appeal. Measuring 40 mm in diameter and with a pink PVD-treated steel case, its rounded form is indeed inspired by the architecture of the Royal Albert Hall in London. Like this magnificent building, the Belluna Small Seconds displays a perfect harmony of form and an undeniable classic elegance. Evoking the dome of this legendary concert hall, the silvered dial is embellished with a wave pattern that extends from the off-centre small seconds counter at 7 o'clock. This delicate guilloché motif confirms the exclusive nature of a watch that combines classicism and originality to perfection. Driven by an automatic small complication movement, the Belluna Small Seconds ...

SPEAKE-MARIN | Serpent Calendar

Peter Speake-Marin travels back in time to propose an elegant rendition of his very first calendar watch. The classic features that have made this model one of the best-loved in the brand's collections have been preserved, particularly those details inspired by vintage-era pocket watches. This includes the use of curved hands to easily distinguish the date indication from the hours and minutes. Meanwhile, the design of the dial, case and hands of the Serpent Calendar has been subtly reworked to introduce a more contemporary feel. Proposed as two diameters, in steel or in titanium, the Serpent Calendar is worthy of its place alongside the brand's other creations as it marries English aesthetic refinement with the mechanical excellence of a ...

CATOREX | C'Twinn

It’s often said that a watch is a man’s only jewellery. It can also become a wonderful proof of love. To reveal the depth of feelings binding a couple, Catorex has created an extremely elegant timepiece pair: the C’Twinn model that comes in His and Hers versions, in two different sizes and equipped with a mechanical or quartz movement. Worn together, these watches feature a unity of colours and design that creates a unique romantic tie between the two sweethearts. Rather than taking its toll on love, time instead becomes a precious ally. The C’Twinn line belongs to the 1858 collection and is entirely made in the Swiss Jura village of Les Breuleux, where Catorex – an authentic family business that originated in the tradition of ...

SARCAR | The Treasure Royal Stallion

In stating the importance of being “large enough to be strong… and small enough to be free”: Carlo Sarzano, the founder of SARCAR Genève in 1948, was to carve out the trail for his brand over the coming years. Dedicated to cultivating superlative craftsmanship, it has made a speciality of prestigious limited editions. This Royal Stallion from The Treasure collection is no exception: the magnificent stallion sculpted in 18K gold and adorning the dial pays tribute to man’s oldest friend, without which the world would not be what it now his. For centuries, the horse has facilitated countless conquests and the economic development of many regions. Today, its natural nobility remains as admirable as ever, whether in the field of sport ...

CARAN D'ACHE | Spirit of Switzerland

Part of the grand tradition of Swiss manufacturing excellence, Caran d'Ache develops and makes in Geneva products that meet the criteria imposed by the Swiss-made label. For its 100th anniversary, the brand has imagined a tribute to its homeland. Created in collaboration with a Swiss craftsman-jeweller, this limited edition captures the traditions of the Alpine nation in fourteen figurative representations, each characteristic of Switzerland's cultural identity and heritage. Sculpted in solid silver, these scenes stand out against the mat black body of the pens: meadows, mountain tops, edelweiss, Alpine horns and of course, the legendary Swiss chalets. These writing instruments even contain a superb mountain jewel, admired since ancient ...

OKLETEY | Merry Go Round

A new name in watchmaking, Okletey makes an impressive debut with Merry Go Round, an aesthetically pleasing flying tourbillon that takes nature's beauty as a source of inspiration, and uses forms, materials and nuances to great effect. The rectangular steel case with black PVD treatment encloses a silver dial, composed of a central circle with an original guilloché motif, itself surrounded by a skeletonised structure that echoes the graceful elegance of giraffes in the African savannah. The tourbillon, which takes pride of place at 6 o'clock, completes the tableau. Sharing the dial is a power-reserve indicator at 9 o'clock and, at 11 o'clock, an opening that reveals the differential. Two other lines make up the collection, with an ...

GEOVANI | Catherine

Mingling gemsetting, precious materials and refined design, Geovani has been cultivating authentic expertise in the field of jewellery watches since 2005. Like all models composing the brand’s collection, Catherine is an anthem to diamonds and exalts the beauty of this precious stone through a dainty gemsetting. The bezel adorned with four concentric circles displays a pleasing contrast between the white colour of the steel and the warm shades of the pink gold or yellow gold PVD plating. Thus framed by a sparkling exterior, the bluish mother-of-pearl dial gives an exquisitely shimmering glow to the passing of time. This contemporary and classic composition clothes the wrist with a singular blend of radiance and softness that delicately ...
