The passionate young watch manufacturer from Geneva

If Frédérique Constant stands for high quality manufactured Swiss watches, it is first and foremost the story of a passion. Indeed, it all started with my wife Aletta, back in the 1980’s, as we were drawing watches in our spare time, after a long day of work. The adventure really started in 1991 when we received our first order of 350 timepieces: the Frédérique Constant company was born! We have dedicated all of our energy and passion to develop our company since then. Defending our status as an independent family-owned watch manufacturer, we want to continue being involved in all stages of watch production, from initial design to final assembly and quality control. Frédérique Constant is associated with the core values and competences of passion, creativity, care for quality, innovation and exceptional value. In 2014, we celebrated our 10th anniversary of our Heart Beat Manufacture calibre. Since this first one, 16 new ones have been developed, produced and assembled in our Ateliers in Plan-les-Ouates.

Frédérique Constant today

Our watches are characterized by their high quality, differentiation and precision in design and manufacture. Their perceived value - through quality of design, materials and manufacture - is a key component of our success. Each of our watches is assembled by hand and extensively controlled with latest equipment to ensure maximum quality. We innovate to offer creativity and exceptional value. Our factory in Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva) is ultra modern and offers the best environment for our passionate watchmakers. Our passion has remained unchanged since Frédérique Constant’s foundation in 1988. We believe it is the basis for extensive growth; our company has been growing over the past 15 years. Our objective for the upcoming three years is to improve our visibility and grow the sales to 250 000 pieces in the “accessible luxury” segment in over 2800 POS (points of sales) in 134 countries. Frederique Constant watches are defined by their high quality, differentiation and precision in design and manufacture.
